This is not purely a personality profile....but much more!

Extended DISC® Personal Analysis are self-assessments that identify the strengths and development areas of an individual. What makes Extended DISC® different from other assessments is that it is able to measure at a deeper unconscious level to exclude the impact of the environment.

In practice this means that the results show who the individual actually is and not what the person thinks he/she needs to be in the existing environment. As a result, the report identifies the true strengths and development areas to allow performance improvement.

Its success is based on its strong ability to provide information to make better decisions. Too often assessments tell us what we already know: “Oh yes, that’s me.” If a tool only provides information that the user is already aware of, it has very limited value.

With this Analysis and Coaching extension, Kate will review, analyse and explain the results of your Personal Analysis.

One-off Coaching Sessions are rarely offered, but this extended session allows for analysis of behaviours and the opportunity to discuss the results in context of your role.

Part of the session includes a review of your current situation, your goals and the opportunities available to you.

All of the information in the report is derived from your "natural behavioural style". It is a behavioural style that takes the least energy and effort, requires the least amount of concentration, and is usually the most pleasant to you. It is the mode that you normally use to react and is most frequently exhibited outwardly in your behaviour.

The Personal Analysis firstly divides all of the different behavioural styles into four main behavioural styles into four main styles, and then into sub-styles. The analysis identifies your style from a style bank of 160 different styles No style is better or worse than any other. They are simply diverse, each style has its own advantages and disadvantages.

It does not measure intelligence, professional skills, or attitudes.

There are no good or bad categories nor ranking orders, and you will be provided with information regarding:

Your "Performance Enabling" workplace environmental factors.

       Your Motivational Factors

Your "Environmental Distractors" which will have a negative effect on your performance

       Your Strengths

       Your "Under Pressure" Behaviour

Extended DISC® Personal Analysis Instructions to Candidates are below:

Complete the questionnaire with your current role in mind.

There are no “right” or “wrong”, nor “good” or “bad” answers.

Please take care to enter your name in the correct order.

   Answer the questions in order.

Answer the question as you see yourself – not as you wish to be seen.

Do not return to a previously answered question.

Always answer both components (what describes you the best and the least) before moving to the next question.

Do not ponder the questions too much. Answering the whole questionnaire should take only 7 to 10 minutes. Select the answer that first feels right.

Complete the questionnaire without interruptions. Do not do something else or talk with someone during the process.

Complete the questionnaire quickly, but not hastily.

Do not attempt to influence the results; you will only confuse yourself and invalidate the results. Remember - Extended DISC® Personal Analysis
